A Splint is custom-made for each patient and provides relief by allowing the chewing muscles to relax and create a new comfortable bite. In most cases, the process takes 4-6 months.

Dr. Hall attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In addition, he obtained a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Texas Dental Branch. During his orthodontic residency, he completed additional course work and original research in TMD, bite alignment, and muscle function to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Dr. Hall’s original research on TMJ/TMD was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
