Meet Dr. Thomas F. Hall
Dr. Tom Hall has had the great opportunity to be in the field of orthodontics for more than two decades, improving the function and appearance of the smiles in Houston. He has met some truly wonderful people in both his patients and staff, making practicing orthodontics so much more than just a job. He is looking forward to many more years of creating beautiful smiles!
Dr. Hall graduated from the University of Houston Main with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology during three years of study. He graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He returned to university to specialize in orthodontics and obtained a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. During his orthodontic residency he completed additional study and original research in TMJ imaging related to TMD problems, bite alignment, and muscle function to earn a Master of Science degree. Dr. Hall's original research was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Before joining the field of orthodontics, Dr. Hall practiced general dentistry for five years, gaining valuable experience and treatment perspective, dealing with complex dental cases. He routinely dealt treated cases involving dental cosmetics, dental surgery, bite alignment and TMJ dysfunction. Dr. Hall's has provided orthodontic treatment to adults for over 20 years. His adult patient treatment routinely involves orthodontic re-treatment, missing teeth, TMD problems, jaw surgery, and all combinations.
Dr. Hall has over 20 years experience using Lingual braces. He has attended numerous conferences and workshops on the evolving technology and science of Lingual braces. Incognito Lingual braces are latest advanced generation of Lingual braces that Dr. Hall offers.

Outside the Office
He was born and raised in the Houston area. In his free time he enjoys sailing, wake boarding, cycling, travel, hunting, and fishing. He is a supporter of the MS 150 Houston to Austin fundraising bicycle tour and has participated in the tour nine times.
